Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for using this site and choosing how you would like to participate. Nothing is booked, charged, donated, or registered through the inquiry form.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Using this site

By using the Impact With Archery site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

What an inquiry is

Submitting the form tells us which participation path interests you. It is not a booking, gala registration, charitable contribution, or commitment to buy anything. No date, location, or time is confirmed until we contact you, and nothing is charged when you submit the form.

  • Individual participants are asking to hear when a suitable session opens
  • Companies, schools, and community organizations are asking us to discuss a tailored opportunity
  • Donors can express interest, but charitable contributions are completed through Hidden Gems Inc.'s linked contribution page
  • Gala registration is completed through the linked gala page

Pricing and payment

Expected participation for an individual archery experience is $100 per person. The final amount, date, location, availability, and location-specific details are confirmed before payment. This expected experience fee is not presented as a charitable contribution.

  • Final session dates, availability, and any location-specific details are confirmed before payment
  • Payment terms are issued at the point a session is confirmed, not before
  • Pricing can change as we organize sessions, and we will always show you the final amount before anything is charged
  • Any refund terms will be set out clearly when a session is confirmed for you

Who can use this site

You must be 18 or older to submit the form. If you are submitting on behalf of a company, school, or community organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and to agree to these terms on its behalf.

Acceptable use

Please keep your use of the site to what it is for:

  • Give us accurate information, and tell us when your preferences change
  • Do not use automated tools to harvest the form, the site, or its content
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, disable, or gain unauthorized access to the site
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization
  • Do not send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content through the form

Sessions and availability

Sessions are organized based on demand. Being on the interest list means priority notice — it does not guarantee a seat, a particular location, or a particular date.

  • Locations, dates, group sizes, formats, and pricing may change as opportunities are built
  • A session may be postponed, relocated, or cancelled; if that happens we will contact you with the options available
  • Once a session is confirmed for you, the details we confirmed are the ones that apply

Safety, and participants under 18

Sessions run with a safety briefing, coached instruction, and provided equipment, and every participant is expected to follow the range instructions given at the session. Where a session includes participants under 18, a parent or guardian must complete a separate consent and emergency information process. Someone else paying for a place does not replace that authorization.

Youth impact and charitable contributions

Participation helps make additional youth archery programming possible. Support may contribute to coaching, equipment, school-based sessions, and other eligible program needs. It is allocated across eligible youth programming based on program needs, not to a school or child selected by a contributor.

Tax-deductibility applies only to eligible charitable contributions made through Hidden Gems Inc., subject to applicable eligibility and documentation requirements. Experience fees are not described as deductible. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding your individual circumstances.
