Privacy Policy
You are expressing interest, not making a purchase or contribution. Here is what we ask for, how it is used, who can see it, and how to have it corrected or removed.

Who we are
Impact With Archery is a program run by Hidden Gems Archery, based in New York. This policy explains what we collect when you ask about an individual experience, corporate event, charitable support, hosting opportunity, or another way to participate.
There is no account to create and no experience payment is taken on this site. Gala registration and charitable contributions happen on the linked external sites, which apply their own privacy practices.
What you tell us
Every inquiry asks which path best describes you, your name, and your email address. Depending on that path, we may also ask for:
- Phone number and preferred New York City metro area for individual-session interest
- Company, group size, event type, date, location, budget, and desired outcome for corporate inquiries
- Contribution interest, whether you are an individual or company, and whether you want impact updates for donor inquiries
- Organization, location, student age range, participant estimate, dates, and program type for hosting inquiries
- An open message when none of the listed paths fits
- Whether you want general email updates
What you can add, if you want to
Optional answers appear only when relevant to the path you select:
- Last name for individual inquiries
- Interest in upcoming individual sessions
- Interest in receiving donor impact updates
- General email consent
What we never ask for
The form does not ask for passwords, Social Security numbers, or card or bank details, and no payment is taken on this site. If someone contacts you asking for those on behalf of Impact With Archery, that is not us — tell us and we will look into it.
What we don't do
Because the site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, there is no cookie banner to accept. Your visit is not measured or resold.
- No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels
- No analytics services building a profile of you
- No selling, renting, or trading of your details
- No automated decision-making or profiling
How we use what you send
General email updates and donor impact updates are separate choices, and both start unchecked. You can change your mind at any time, and one reply is enough to stop them.
- To understand demand by participation path, area, audience, and timing
- To organize experiences, corporate events, contribution follow-up, and hosting opportunities
- To send general updates about opportunities, locations, and community impact — only if you ticked the general consent box
- To send donor impact updates when a donor specifically asks to receive them
- To reply to a message or inquiry you started
- To decide what to build next, in aggregate rather than by person
Who else sees your information
We do not share your details with advertisers, and we do not sell them. The people who do see them are:
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores submissions on our behalf under contract and cannot use them for its own purposes
- Our professional advisers, such as an accountant or attorney, where they need them to advise us
- Public authorities, if we are required to disclose information by law
- A buyer of the business, if ownership changes and your information transfers with it
How long we keep it
We keep your submission while we are building the session schedule for your area, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour the notice we promised. We review the list at least every 24 months and remove entries that are no longer needed. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours sooner.
How it is protected
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise. If you think something has gone wrong, tell us and we will act quickly.
- The connection between your browser and the site is encrypted
- Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to run the program
- We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, in line with what New York's SHIELD Act expects of a business like ours
Your choices and rights
New York has no comprehensive consumer privacy law in force yet, so rather than tie your rights to one statute, we offer the same ones to everyone, wherever you live. If you live somewhere with additional rights under local law, we will honour those too.
Ask for any of the following and we will respond within 30 days, at no charge:
- A copy of what we hold about you
- Correction of anything inaccurate
- Deletion of your details
- An end to email updates, by replying to one
- An end to all contact from us
Adults only
This site is intended for people 18 and older. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect a child's details. If we learn that someone under 18 submitted the form, we delete the entry. Where a session includes participants under 18, a parent or guardian completes a separate consent process — paying for someone does not replace that authorization.
Outside services and server logs
Two things happen in the background that are worth naming. The page loads its fonts from Google, which means Google can see the request and the visitor's IP address. And our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and the time of the request — which we use only for security and troubleshooting, never to build an advertising profile.
If this policy changes
We will post the updated version here with a new date, and we will not apply a significant change to information you already gave us without telling you first.
